Ulta Beauty partnered with 1 Second to onboard their first Collective in 2020 compUlta Beauty turned to 1 Second to launch their first ambassador program, the Ulta Beauty Collective. 1 Second helped Ulta find 50 diverse influencers from across the U.S. to partner with for a full year. These long-term relationships yielded great results for both Ulta and the creators and led Ulta to run the Collective program on an annual basis.
